Shipment Processing Time
Orders for in-stock items are processed within 3 business days of order confirmation via our store. Please note that orders placed after Friday at 12 PM EST or during holidays will be processed the next business day. During high-volume periods, processing times may be extended slightly. If your order is significantly delayed, we’ll notify you via the contact information provided at checkout.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer free delivery within the United States. Orders are shipped using trusted carriers such as FedEx and UPS, automatically selected during checkout based on your order size and location.

Pre-Orders, Custom Orders & Out-of-Stock Items
For items marked pre-order, custom, or out of stock, delivery may take 4 to 10 weeks, depending on production status. You’ll receive a timeline estimate on the product page or post-checkout via email.
Shipping Limitations
Dallas Furniture Outlet currently ships to all U.S. states and territories, excluding APO/FPO/DPO addresses. At this time, we do not offer international shipping through our store.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, we will automatically send a confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking details typically activate within 48-72 hours of dispatch.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
All pricing and charges on thedallasfurnitureoutlet.com are in USD. Dallas Furniture Outlet is not responsible for any additional customs, duties, or taxes incurred after checkout.
Damages During Shipment
While we carefully pack every item, Dallas Furniture Outlet is not responsible for goods damaged or lost in transit. If your item arrives damaged, please retain all original packaging and file a claim directly with the carrier.
Incorrect Addresses & Refused Deliveries
Our system validates shipping addresses during checkout. If an issue is found, we’ll reach out for clarification. If we’re unable to resolve it, the order may be canceled and refunded. Dallas Furniture Outlet is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Missing or Stolen Shipments
If your order is marked as "Delivered" but you did not receive it, contact us at thedallasfurnitureoutlet@gmail.com within 48 hours. We will initiate a claim with the carrier. Please allow up to 21 days for investigation before a refund or replacement is issued. Local law enforcement may be involved.
