Refund policy


All pieces are final sale due to the nature of our business as a luxury outlet offering competitively priced, often discounted furniture. Because many items are limited in quantity, made to order, or offered at exclusive pricing, we are unable to accept general returns or exchanges.

That said, we stand behind the quality of every piece and are committed to making it right if an issue arises during fulfillment or delivery.

 

  • Damaged or Defective Items
    If a product arrives damaged or defective due to a factory issue, please notify us within 2–4 business days of receipt. We will coordinate with the factory to resolve the issue promptly.

 

  • Eligible Returns
    Upon review and confirmation of the defect:
    • The item may be replaced at no additional cost, or
    • A full refund may be issued for the original purchase price.

 

  • Non-Defective Returns
    We do not accept returns or exchanges for unpacked or used items that are not defective. If a return or exchange is requested under these circumstances, no return can be made.
