We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. That’s why every new furniture purchase from Dallas Furniture Outlet includes a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the date of delivery.

What’s Covered

• Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
  

• Structural failures not caused by misuse
  
  

What’s Not Covered

• Normal wear and tear
  

• Damage from accidents, spills, pets, or misuse
  

• Comfort preferences (firmness, seat depth, etc.)
  

• Cushion softening or shape changes from regular use
  

• Fabric, leather, or upholstery fading, pilling, or discoloration
  

• Wood damage caused by moisture, heat, or improper care
  

• Products altered or repaired by third parties
  

• Items sold as “as-is,” “floor models,” or “second-hand”
  

• Any parts not made or sold by Dallas Furniture Outlet
  
  

Additional Notes

• Warranty is valid for the original purchaser only and is non-transferable
  

• Claims must follow our care and usage instructions
  

• Only the affected component will be replaced if part of a set
  

• Custom or modified items may have separate terms
  

• Dallas Furniture Outlet is not liable for indirect or incidental damages
  

• Replacement parts are covered for the remainder of the warranty or 6 months—whichever is longer
  
  

How to File a Claim

To start a claim, email us at thedallasfurnitureoutlet@gmail.com with:

✔ A description of the issue
✔ Clear photos of the defect or damage
